We’ve made this as a side dish, which is intended to cook and serve alongside your star. In other words… it’s not really stuffing. We know, we know. It’s confusing. bear with us though: it’s delicious.

To make it, we tear up some Jason Bakery sourdough and add FFMM pork bangers, softened root veg, FFMM chicken stock and a whole bunch of other stuff. (Dried fruit, nuts, lemon zest, sage, rosemary etc.) It’s finished by whisking in a couple of eggs, making it ready for the oven.

Instructions

You heard us say it’s ready for the oven, right? So, go for it. Bake at 180 Degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
